Molecular identification of Lingyun Baihao wild and cultivated tea through genome-wide sequencing

چکیده
The tea plants have been one of the most widely consumed and oldest nonalcoholic beverage crops in world. Lingyun Baihao are unique species distribute Guangxi. It is well known that aroma usually determine quality tea. In recent years, molecular identification has employed plant at genetic level. However, association loss issues to diversities between wild cultivated not clear. Here, we identified 112,938,224 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) 10,736,211 insertions/deletions (InDels) for through whole genome sequencing technology. Both SNPs InDels certain characteristics genome, which transition type distributes wildly comparing with transversion base variation absolute advantage InDels. These markers demonstrated DNA high diversity. Collectively, confirmed might due differences level plants, will be valuable resources further researches plant.

Genome-Wide Identification and Comparative Analysis of Cytosine-5 DNA Methyltransferase and Demethylase Families in Wild and Cultivated Peanut
DNA methylation plays important roles in genome protection, regulation of gene expression and is associated with plants development. Plant DNA methylation pattern was mediated by cytosine-5 DNA methyltransferase and demethylase. Although the genomes of AA and BB wild peanuts have been fully sequenced, these two gene families have not been studied. In this study we report the identification and ...
متن کاملWhole-genome sequencing of cultivated and wild peppers provides insights into Capsicum domestication and specialization.
As an economic crop, pepper satisfies people's spicy taste and has medicinal uses worldwide. To gain a better understanding of Capsicum evolution, domestication, and specialization, we present here the genome sequence of the cultivated pepper Zunla-1 (C. annuum L.) and its wild progenitor Chiltepin (C. annuum var. glabriusculum). We estimate that the pepper genome expanded ∼0.3 Mya (with respec...
متن کاملGenome-Wide Association Analysis of Aluminum Tolerance in Cultivated and Tibetan Wild Barley
Tibetan wild barley (Hordeum vulgare L. ssp. spontaneum), originated and grown in harsh enviroNment in Tibet, is well-known for its rich germpalsm with high tolerance to abiotic stresses. However, the genetic variation and genes involved in Al tolerance are not totally known for the wild barley. In this study, a genome-wide association analysis (GWAS) was performed by using four root parameters...
متن کاملGenome-Wide Analysis of Polycistronic MicroRNAs in Cultivated and Wild Rice
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small noncoding RNAs that direct posttranscriptional gene silencing in eukaryotes. They are frequently clustered in the genomes of animals and can be independently transcribed or simultaneously transcribed into single polycistronic transcripts. Only a few miRNA clusters have been described in plants, and most of them are generated from independent transcriptional units. H...
متن کاملGenome Wide Association Studies, Next Generation Sequencing and Their Application in Animal Breeding and Genetics: A Review
Recently genetic studies have been revolutionized by next generation sequencing (NGS) technology, and it is expected that the use of this technology will largely eliminate defects in the methods of association studies. The NGS technology is becoming the premier tool in genetics. However, at the moment the use of this method is limited especially in the livestock due to high cost and computation...
